We will at all times comply with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including but not limited to restocking or refunding any non-ACL-compliant goods offered or provided. If there is a problem with the product, you can choose to exchange it,
At the BV MEAT, we strive to provide great quality meat. We ask that you carefully select your meat products as we do not refund once the product has been purchased. We will only issue a replacement of your item for the following reasons:
There is clear problem with the item that would have stopped you from buying it originally
•Is unsafe
•Is significantly different from the description
Please note that we do not accept returns for improperly stored items. Since meat is a perishable product, significant changes in temperature can lead to a significant decrease in product quality. We provide free ice at the exit for pickup after shopping.

Please contact our customer service team at info@bvmeat.com within 24 hours of receive your refund and exchange order.
Note that to be eligible for a replacement, you must be able to show the original packaging and photos of the product.
Make your request and let us know why you are not satisfied with the item. In order for your claim to be properly assessed, please keep the item until we have completed the assessment. It will be helpful for us to evaluate if you provide a photo of the product and send it to our email.
Please note that We do not offer refunds for products if you simply change your mind about the evaluation.
